テーマ： The lecture will discuss last year's U.S. Supreme Court
Ruling in Quanta v. LG Electronics, and will try to reconcile some of
the conflicting commentary that has issued subsequent to the decision.
The lecture will also address:
- some of the lower court decisions that have issued since Quanta,
- the effect that the Quanta decision had on the earlier Federal Circuit
decision in Mallinckrodt v. Medipart, and
- ways of controlling post sale use of a patented product in light of
Quanta.
